Swimming at Krohn's Lake

Don Krumpos · Diary

Today is my birthday. We are done with all our summer plans. It is Erin’s first day back teaching. This past weekend was Labor Day weekend and Erin and I went camping at Van Riper State Park in Michigan on Sunday night. We spent a lot of time at the beach on the lake there swimming and watching the sunset. The night before we stayed in Marquette and spent time with Erin’s Uncle Bill, Aunt Candy and Aunt Kelly. They took us to Iron Bay for lunch, Black Rock brewery for a couple beers and then back to Uncle Bills for dinner at his house over looking Lake Superior. On Monday we went to Erin’s dad’s family’s corn roast at her grandpa’s camp. Tuesday, my birthday, Arthur stayed home with me. We went swimming at Krohn’s Lake. He loves to swim. I think he is the cutest little bug and I love spending time with him.
